Privacy policy

What we keep

• Account: a keyed hash of your token (never the token itself), its last 4 characters, your account ID and sign-up date
• Activity: credit, top-ups (amount, method, blockchain transaction ID) and gift orders (recipient username, item, amount)
• Sign-up details: where you first came from, device type (PC or mobile), language and a network hash for the 3 accounts rule (never your IP)

Why we use it

Only for logging in, confirming payments and keeping credit, delivering gifts, the accounts per network rule and preventing abuse. It is never used for ads or sold.

Recipient information

We briefly read the recipient's public Telegram profile (name and photo) to show the preview. The preview is not stored; orders keep only the username.

Keeping and deleting

Account data is kept while the account exists. An account with no credit and no payment in progress can be deleted on request. Payment and order records are kept without your identity after deletion, for accounting and abuse checks.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie, a cookie that remembers where you first came from, and readable cookies that tell the page you are signed in and your last known credit. No advertising or tracking cookies.
