Refund policy
If a gift cannot be applied to the recipient's account, the full amount paid goes back to your credit, ready for your next gift. Last updated 2 November 2026.
When we refund to credit
- A processing error kept the gift from being applied
- The account was removed after the order or cannot receive gifts
- The same order was charged twice
- A gift paid in crypto could not be sent: the payment is added to your credit
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your credit. The order shows Refunded to credit in My account and the amount is added to your credit at once. Credit is for use on this service and is not sent back to a crypto wallet.
Gifts already applied
Premium and Stars applied to an account cannot be reversed on Telegram's side, so they cannot be cancelled. Check the recipient's name and photo in the preview before you order.
Top-ups and bonus
The first top-up bonus is credit added on top of that top-up. A payment that differs from the amount shown is checked and credited for the amount actually received.
